Shipping & delivery
All parcels are sent with Magyar Posta (MPL), the Hungarian national postal service. You choose the delivery method in your cart, before checkout.

How to choose a pickup point
- Add the products to your cart and open the cart.
- Under Delivery method select Parcel locker / PostaPont / Post office.
- Search by postcode or town, or use My location, and pick a point from the list or the map.
- Go to checkout: the pickup point price is applied automatically and the chosen point is shown in your order.
"Buy it now" and express payment buttons on the product page skip the cart, so those orders are sent with home delivery. If you’d like a pickup point, add the product to your cart instead.
Picking up your parcel
- Magyar Posta sends you an SMS and/or email when the parcel has arrived, so please add your mobile number at checkout.
- Parcel lockers are open 24/7 at most locations. You have 2 working days to collect; after that the parcel is moved to the nearest post office.
- PostaPont and post offices: you can collect during opening hours within 5 working days.
- If your chosen pickup point closes before we ship, we’ll contact you so you can choose another one.
Dispatch and tracking
- We hand your order to Magyar Posta within 1–2 working days (it can take a little longer during sales, holidays or very busy periods); delivery is usually the next working day after that.
- You’ll get the tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.
Payment
Payment is by card online. Cash on delivery is not available.
